ABOUT US

The purpose of the Ottawa Hills Foundation is to perpetuate and endow the tradition of excellence in the village by supporting high standards in community living and promoting pride in the rich history of Ottawa Hills.

The Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that relies solely on private donations. We have no paid staff, and all events and initiatives are organized by residents who donate their time to the Foundation by serving on our Board of Trustees or one of our committees.

We fullfil our mission through a variety of projects organized by the Foundation, or by supporting initiaitives and projects organized by other village organizations.

Every two years, the Board of Trustees identify a series of projects it wishes to fund, and a biennial fund raising campaign is launched to raise the money for these initiatives. We also organize fund raising drives for specific projects, as needed.
